A peek into my Shopping Basket


Here are some of the things I bought at the Supermarket today
 that are on my list of 

Some of the foods you can eat as much of as you like
 and still lose weight



Amount of sugar per 100g
Chips .6g
Muffins 2.1g 
Yoghurt 5.2g (of which 4.7g is lactose which is OK)
Sparkling Mineral Water 0g
Bread 1.6g
Muesli 1.2g
Plain Rice Crackers .2g
